Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Delivery Fee: PKR 200 (flat rate)

  • Coverage: We deliver to all cities across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time: Usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier services.

  • Courier Partners: We use trusted courier companies such as Leopards Courier, TCS, and M&P for reliable delivery.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Fee: PKR 5,700 (flat rate)

  • Delivery Time: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customs & Import Duties:

    • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

    • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

    • JB Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier handling.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
