Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@newoutfit.pk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Pack the item securely and send it to our address.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send the correct item at no extra cost.
