Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused and unworn, in the same condition as received
All original tags must be attached
It must be in the original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To begin the return process, contact us at muhammadafraz8@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at muhammadafraz8@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions and Non Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including food, flowers, plants, customized or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at muhammadafraz8@gmail.com.
